By accessing or using Cappix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others. Cappix reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cappix provides tamper-proof pick logging and performance tracking. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted data. All picks are timestamped at the time of submission and cannot be retroactively modified.
You may not use Cappix to engage in fraud, manipulate records, or misrepresent your performance. Falsifying pick data or engaging in coordinated manipulation will result in immediate account termination.
Cappix is a performance tracking tool, not financial or betting advice. We are not responsible for any losses incurred based on information displayed on the platform. Use at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
